Data collected
Depending on the form used: full name, email address, project type, estimated budget, deadline, requested training course and message content. Required fields are clearly identified. When you consent to audience measurement, technical and browsing data may also be processed, including viewed pages, traffic source, interactions, conversions and browser performance metrics.
Purpose and legal basis
Form data is used to respond to an enquiry, prepare a conversation or quote, or provide information about a training course.
Processing is based on your request for pre-contractual measures and, for enquiries without an immediate project, on VIEWZ Studio’s legitimate interest in responding to received messages.
Audience and performance measurement through Google Analytics is based on your consent and is enabled only after you choose “Accept” in the preferences panel.
Recipients
Data is accessible only to VIEWZ Studio and the necessary technical providers: Vercel for hosting, Supabase for the CMS and its authentication, FormSubmit for transmitting forms to contact@viewz-studio.com, and Google Analytics for audience measurement when you consent. No data is sold.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted no later than three years after the last contact. Contract-related data is retained for the applicable statutory accounting, tax and evidential periods. Audience measurement data follows the retention period configured in Google Analytics.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing by writing to contact@viewz-studio.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data-protection authority, the CNIL.
Cookies and audience measurement
Google Analytics is loaded only after you consent. If you decline, VIEWZ Studio does not start Google Analytics tracking. Your choice is stored locally in your browser so the site does not ask for the same preference on every page.
You can change your choice at any time with the “Analytics” button displayed at the bottom of the page. If you withdraw consent, VIEWZ Studio disables tracking and attempts to remove Google Analytics cookies already placed on the domain.
