Terms and conditions of sale
Terms applicable to VIEWZ Studio creative, digital and training services. Version dated 1 August 2026.
1. Scope
These terms govern art direction, visual identity, graphic design, calligraphy, AI-assisted creation, web design, consulting and training services provided by Ivan Loewinski, a French sole trader operating under the VIEWZ Studio brand.
2. Quotes and orders
The quote specifies scope, deliverables, schedule, price and granted rights. An order becomes binding upon receipt of the signed quote and requested deposit. Any request outside the quote is subject to additional pricing.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are stated in euros. VAT is not applicable under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Unless otherwise stated, a 50% deposit is due on order and the balance on delivery, before source files are released and the assignment of rights takes effect.
For business clients, late payment automatically results in penalties calculated at the European Central Bank refinancing rate plus ten percentage points, together with the statutory €40 recovery fee.
4. Schedule and cooperation
The client supplies content, access, approvals and required information on time. The schedule is revised in the event of delay, silence, scope changes or circumstances outside VIEWZ Studio’s control.
5. Revisions
Unless otherwise stated, two reasonable revision rounds are included for the selected direction. Any redirection after approval or additional revision is billed separately. Unselected concepts remain the property of VIEWZ Studio.
6. Delivery
Deliverables are supplied in the agreed formats. The client has seven working days to report a precise non-conformity with the approved scope. Use of a deliverable constitutes acceptance.
7. Intellectual property
The assigned rights, territory, duration and media are specified in the quote. Assignment takes effect after full payment. Research, processes, prompts, methods, working files and unselected elements are not assigned unless agreed in writing.
8. Artificial intelligence
When AI tools are used, VIEWZ Studio directs, selects, assembles and refines the output. Tool terms, absolute exclusivity and the level of legal protection may vary and are brought to the client’s attention.
9. Portfolio rights
After publication by the client, VIEWZ Studio may present the work in its portfolio and communications unless confidentiality or written refusal was agreed before the order.
10. Cancellation
The deposit compensates for reserved time and initial research and is retained if cancellation is attributable to the client. Work completed beyond that amount is invoiced.
11. Training
The programme, format, dates and participant count are stated in the quote or training agreement. The indicative public price is €999 per participant for three days. VAT is not applicable under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.
VIEWZ Studio is not currently Qualiopi certified. Courses are offered through direct funding without any promise of coverage by French public or professional training schemes.
12. Right of withdrawal
Where a distance contract is concluded with a consumer, the statutory withdrawal period applies unless an exception applies. If immediate performance is requested, the consumer remains liable for the part already performed.
13. Liability
VIEWZ Studio is responsible for performing the agreed services but does not guarantee commercial, financial or search-ranking results. Liability is limited to proven direct damage, subject to mandatory law.
14. Complaints and disputes
Any complaint must first be sent to contact@viewz-studio.com so an amicable solution can be sought. The contract is governed by French law.
VIEWZ Studio does not enter into distance contracts with consumers until a consumer mediator has been appointed. Before this option is opened, the mediator’s details will be added to these terms and communicated before the order.
If no amicable agreement is reached, statutory jurisdiction rules apply. For disputes between professionals, the courts within the jurisdiction of Toulon have competence, subject to mandatory provisions.
