Hikma Kodesh
Art direction for a 58-card spiritual oracle uniting Arabic lettering and Hebrew numerology. Illustration, typography and packaging form one precious, coherent and immediately recognisable world.
The brief
Turn a complex spiritual concept into a clear, desirable editorial object, from the cards to the presentation box.
The intention
Make the relationship between the Arabic alphabet and Hebrew numerology visible without reducing the concept to a collage of symbols.
The visual response
A shared visual language built around ornament, symmetry and a palette of gold, deep green and red, extended consistently across illustration, typography and packaging.
The outcome
A complete oracle in which every card works independently while the box brings the entire project together as a distinctive, precious object.

The Hikma Kodesh Oracle
Illustration, ornamental frames, typographic hierarchy and colour combine into a visual language that conveys the meaning of “The Sacred Alliance” before the cards are even read.

The box designed as a whole
The packaging was developed flat to control decorative continuity across every face, fold zones and the reading of the title once assembled.

The oracle as a precious object
The final packshot uses green velvet, gold and warm light to reveal the coherence between the illustrations, card backs and packaging.
Client testimonial
“Ivan brought strong visual coherence to an especially complex symbolic project. The oracle became a complete, legible and precious object, faithful to the intention of reconciliation established from the start.”
